Estrella is a is a Portuguese Podengo Medio - wow and we've said a mouthful! The Portuguese Podengo Medio is a small to medium sized and adorable sighthound that looks like a miniature Ibizan Hound.An Ibizan Hound is also called a Podengo Ibicenco. Estrella is a bit taller than Francheska and Rosalina because she is a 'Medio" and is not as tiny, though she is still a very small and lovely.She looks almost exactly like a miniature Ibizan Hound with her long legs though still in a very small package. They were turned into a shelter by their owners who said they were lazy and would not chase rabbits. And they agree.They want to sit in your lap and be held and sleep by the bed, run around and play when they are in the mood, and be your best friend and beloved family member. and be your best friend and beloved family member.
